Public Notes:
The building structure will generally consist of steel post and beam
with steel joist and metal deck roof structure and
Built-Up Bituminous roof system.
The exterior walls will be insulated
precast concrete panels. Site work will include parking for 10 visitors,
40 secure stalls for employees, a secure service yard
and secure evidence yard.
Other features include power operated gates, parking lot lighting and sidewalks.
Utilities will be extended from property lines to the building
including electricity, sanitary sewer, gas,
telephone, domestic and fire water and concrete
duct bank for fiber optics.
