Public Notes:
Renovations and additions to existing building. NOTE: Portions of this project have already been awarded and are not being bid. These include: Steel material, precast material and erection for Areas A, C and a portion of Area B; Grading and earthwork related to Areas A, C, and a portion of Area B; Reinforcing steel for Areas A, C, and a portion of B; and Concrete footings for the entire building. Contact Boyd Jones for supplemental sheet for clarification.
Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to Boyd Jones Construction.
*A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.
Bid Documents MUST be returned within 30 calendar days of Bid Date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
