Bid Info:   Sealed Bids for the project known as Kirn Middle School - Bleacher Replacement, located at 100 North Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa, will be received by the Council Bluffs Community School District before 2:00 pm local time, on Tuesday, 08 July, 2014. At that time, Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
The project consists of the replacement of 1 bank of bleachers located in the Gymnasium. The successful bidder shall provide (furnish and install) 1 new bank of bleachers, complete, including demolition and disposal of the existing 1 bank of bleachers, and all required associated electrical work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Council Bluffs Community Schools. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Electronic Downloads are NOT available for this project.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 15 business days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
