Bid Info:   Bids for the Agriculture Complex Dehumidification at Northeast Community College will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, June 24, 2014, at the office of Mrs. Lynne Koski, Vice President of Administrative Services, Northeast Community College, P.O. Box 469, 801 East Benjamin Avenue, Norfolk, Nebraska 68702-0469. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bid tab results will be available upon request.

Project Location: Norfolk, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Owner, Northeast Community College, will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including miscellaneous General and Mechanical Work for the addition of Dehumidification Control at the Agriculture Complex.

The Project consists of adding a dehumidification system to the existing facility and includes structural support and envelope modifications as required for support and louver installation.

Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis.

CD's and Downloads are available from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads will contain a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format.

If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Do NOT return CD's to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. as no deposit refund will be issued.
