Public Notes:
Project Description: Work includes a new 10,750s.f. building
consisting of offices, heated vehicle storage bays,
heated vehicle maintenance bays, a wash bay, and a partial
second story storage area.
The building shall be constructed of precast concrete wall panels,
steel truss roof structure and steel stud interior wall framing.
Site work includes new parking, walks and site grading,
new fueling station and perimeter fencing.
Mechanical and Electrical work includes general
HVAC to heat and cool the building,
plumbing, power and lighting.
