Sealed bids for the construction of the STANDING BEAR LAKE – PARK ROAD PAVING, FORT STREET ENTRANCE, OMAHA, NE are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening time.
Sealed bids addressed to Buster Brown, City Clerk, LC-1, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, marked “BID ON: City of Omaha STANDING BEAR LAKE – PARK ROAD PAVING: 2014”, must be in his office on or before 11:00 A.M. on the opening date at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

The bidder is required to examine carefully the site, and the proposal, plans, and specifications, for the work contemplated, and it will be assumed that the bidder has investigated and is satisfied as to the conditions to be encountered, as to the character, quality, and quantities of work to be performed and materials to be furnished, as to the requirements of these specifications, the special provisions and contract. It is mutually agreed that the submission of a proposal shall be considered prima facie evidence that the bidder has made such examination.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
