Project Description:
Project shall include the extension of campus utility infrastructure
from the existing West Center utility tunnel,
on the University of Nebraska-Kearney campus.
Specific construction activities will include:
Mass grading, finish grading, storm sewer construction,
erosion control measure and other associated site work
and other items of miscellaneous work
which are either shown on the plans or described in the specifications.
Project work shall consist of excavation, cast-in-place concrete,
pre-cast concrete, steam and condensate piping,
chilled water piping, primary electrical service with duct bank,
IT conduit infrastructure, pedestrian lighting,
finish grading and other associated site work
and other items of miscellaneous work which are either
shown on the plans or described in the specifications.
