All Bidders are required to submit a scope letter along with their bid(s). Offers will be opened privately.

The Project of 18,500 s.f. of new construction consists of cold-formed metal framing at exterior walls, metal stud framing at interior walls, aluminum storefront windows/doors, E.I.F.S. and natural stone cladding, adhered membrane roofing, tile carpet, resilient and porcelain tile floor coverings, steel/aluminum/wood doors and frames, finish carpentry including casework and custom woodworking, steel stairs, elevator, complete mechanical, electrical, low-voltage technology, security, audio/video and fire sprinkler systems. Also included in the scope of work are a trash enclosure, mechanical unit enclosure along with site improvements which include grading, storm sewer, utilities and concrete paving.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of the printer, A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a $150.00 refundable deposit payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Electronic Downloads are NOT available for this project.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects within 15 calendar days of the bid determination, or deposit check will be forfeited.
