PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held for this project at 1:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Hall County Airport Authority Administrative Offices, 3743 Sky Park Road, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801. A project site visit will follow the Pre-bid Conference. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein will be received until 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday, June 26, 2014, and then publicly opened and read aloud at the Hall County Airport Authority Administrative Offices Conference Room for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work pertaining to the construction of the Passenger Terminal project at the Central Nebraska Regional Airport (CNRA), located at CNRA, 3743 Sky Park Road, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801.

Full Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $290.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained in PDF format.
Prints of individual sheets or sections of the bid documents are also available to those purchasing the PDF download or CD of the full set of bid documents.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
