PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference for this project will be held at 1:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Hall County Airport Authority Administration Building, 3743 Sky Park Road, Grand Island, Nebraska. A project site visit will follow the Pre-bid Conference. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received at Hall County Airport Authority Administration Office, 3743 Sky Park Road, Grand Island, Nebraska until 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday, June 26, 2014, and then publicly opened and read aloud at the Hall County Airport Authority Administrative Offices, Conference Room. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Project Location: Grand Island, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work pertaining to the construction of a new General Aviation Terminal of approximately 2,700 square feet along with associated limited site development work and utility construction. The Work includes building construction including excavation, earthmoving, selective demolition, concrete work, metals, carpentry, fiber cement board, metal wall panels, aluminum storefront windows, aluminum and wood doors, hollow metal frames, finished hardware, casework, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and communication and life safety systems. Site development will include limited site preparation, limited utility extensions for sewer, water, gas and electrical utilities and sidewalks. Landscaping will be limited to seeding, native grass and security fencing.

The work will be completed under a Single Contract that will include Site Work, General Construction, Plumbing and Fire Suppression Construction, Mechanical Construction, Electrical and Communications Construction. The project is being locally funded.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $90.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
Prints of individual sheets or sections of the bid documents are also available to those purchasing the PDF download or CD of the full set of bid documents.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do NOT return Bid Documents, as no deposit refund will be issued.
