Public Notes:
The Work involves all Construction indicated on the
drawings and specifications, including but not limited to
the following: Cast-in-place concrete, site accessories,
grading operations, concrete paving and curbs, pavement markings,
unit paving, veneered walls, ornamental fountain,
signage, underground sprinkler system, planting bed preparation,
storm drainage, and lighting.
Site preparation including selective demolition, earthwork,
site clearing, erosion and sedimentation controls and
temporary seeding for the new outdoor plaza and memorial spaces
is being completed under a separate contract by
Hartmann Construction
