Project Location: 1776 North 10th St, Lincoln, NE

Public Notes:
The project consists of all labor, material and equipment,
permits, licenses and travel expenses to remodel space within
the 1776 Readiness Center. The work includes selective demolition,
concrete floors, reinforced block masonry walls,
miscellaneous wood framing, solid surface sinks,
hollow metal frames, wood doors , gypsum board
assemblies, interior finishes, miscellaneous specialties,
and mechanical-electrical-plumbi ng systems.
Work will also include all incidental items necessary to complete the project
as shown on the Plans and described in the Specifications.
