Project Description: Project will consist of complete removal
and replacement of the existing roof system with a
fully adhered EPDM Roof along with constructing a wood
framed parapet wall with pre-finished metal panels.
Project also includes mechanical and electrical
work as it relates to the removal of interior roof
drains, relocation of air conditioning
condensing unit from the roof to finished grade,
and the relocation of one light fixture
