Bid Info:   Proposals are due at the office of the Architect (418 South 14th Street, Omaha, NE 68102, Phone: 402-861-0523) by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20th, 2014. Bids will be opened privately. Proposals should include all work required noted in the Contract Documents in a lump sum format.

Public Notes:
The Millard Public School District will receive proposals from invited General Contractors for the construction of a new office within an existing space located at the Ron Witt Support Services Center at 13737 Industrial Road in Omaha, Nebraska.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Construction of new office space for the newly created position of Director of Digital Learning for the District. Work includes minor demolition, new doors and hardware, drywall, paint, ceilings, and mini-blinds. Associated Work for mechanical, electrical, and fire protection is also included.

The Owner has authorized that the following General Contractors be invited to provide a proposal for the work of this project:

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial sets will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
