Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Lifegate Church - Additions and Renovation located at 15555 W. Dodge Rd., Omaha, NE before 2:00 pm local daylight savings time on 27 May, 2014. Bids shall be delivered to the office of Lueder Construction, 9999 J. Street, Omaha, NE 68127 ATTN: Brian Cieslik. Public Notes:
Lifegate Church is proposing approximately 8,000 s.f. on new additions with around 36,800 s.f. of renovations to their existing building at 156th and Dodge in Omaha, NE. They will be removing the existing main entry on the east side of the building and replacing it with a fully glassed entrance and stair tower. The existing stair tower on the northeast corner is also being replaced and two small additions will be added to the Worship Space. The remainder of the work will involve the renovation of the existing Worship Space, demolition of a portion of the second floor classrooms in order to allow a more spacious entry to the Worship Auditorium. The existing building was built in several phases. The first phase has a pre-engineered metal building structure with subsequent phases being a post and beam system. The renovations requires additional foundation work and reinforcement of existing roofs, an upgrade to the mechanical system with new roof top units, remodeled locker rooms for the gym, a new gas powered generator as well as typical electrical updates and data cabling. Site improvements as required for the new additions.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
