Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on May 29, 2014 for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for the N. 27th Street Sewer Rehab Phase I, N. Side of W. Broadway to S. of Avenue "C" in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Public Notes:
Major Items of Work for this project include the following approximate quantities: Division I: General - Pavement Removal/Disposition-Concrete. Division II: Pavement and Appurtenances - Fly Ash Stabilization (9" Depth); 6" Granular Sub-Base, Idot Gradation #12a or 12b; 7" P.C.C. Pavement, Non-Reinforced w/ Integral Curb and Gutter; Sidewalk, 4: P.C.C. Division III: Storm Sewer - Storm Sewer Pipe, 30" RCP Class III; Storm Sewer Pipe, 36" RCP Class III; Single Grate Intake; 72" I.D. Single Grate. Division IV: Sanitary Sewer - Sanitary Sewer Pipe, 21" PVC Main; Reline Sanitary Sewer Pipe, 21" PVC Main; Bypass Pumping, Dewatering.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to Ehrhart Griffin & Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 14 calendar days from the City Council award of the project.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned in a timely manner, and in reusable condition the deposit shall be forfeited.
