The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska invites Bids for a Single Prime Contract
for the Central Utilities Plant (CUP) Utilities Improvements at The University of Nebraska
Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska (UNMC). The purpose of this project is to provide a
central low temperature heating water system. The system utilizes a flue gas condensing
economizer, two heat recovery chillers, three condensing boilers, a steam to water heat
exchanger, pumps, and other associated components. The condensing economizer
recovers heat from the flue gases serving the existing high pressure steam boilers.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
