Bids will be received until May 20, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Office of the Finance Director located within the Whittier Learning Resource Center, 310 West 24th Street, Kearney, Nebraska. Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids. The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the aforesaid project.

The Project consists of overlot rough grading, constructing embankments, importing borrow material, preparing subgrades for slabs-on-grade, walks and pavements, and installing sediment and erosion controls. Preparing subgrades will include over-excavation.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $50.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Shipping costs on all CD's will be $9.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
