Bid Info:   The Crete Board of Education will receive Bids for a New High School, to be located at 17th Street and Iris Avenue, Crete, Nebraska, 68333. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CDT), on Thursday, May 22, 2014, at the Crete Public Schools Administration Building located at 902 Linden Avenue, Crete, Nebraska 68333. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Project Location: Crete, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of a new two-story high school with a total area of approximately one hundred seventy-three thousand (173,000) square feet. Pre-grading site work is currently being completed under separate contract.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to DLR Group, Inc. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
