YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a
Combined Construction contract including General, and Electrical work for the proposed
renovation work at the existing Ron Witt Support Services located at 13737 Industrial Road
Omaha, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., May 28, 2014
by Dr. Kenneth Fossen, Associate Superintendent for General Administration, 5606 South 147th
Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read
aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The entire project is within Ron Witt Support Services Center (RWSS) campus, 137th Street &
Industrial Road. The project consists of exterior renovation of roofing, exterior walls and
exterior doors.
Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and
transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a
workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the Ron Witt Support Services
Center – Phase II Exterior Renovation 13737 Industrial Road, Omaha, NE.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
