The following General Contractors are invited to submit a proposal for the Project known as Woodhouse Ford Plattsmouth, US Highway 75 & Osage Ranch Blvd., Plattsmouth, NE., before 2:00 pm local time, on Tuesday, May 13th, 2014. At that time, Bids will be privately opened. Lueder Construction Company, Boyd Jones Construction, and Darland Construction Co. Bids shall be submitted to the Owner, at the following location: Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects, 1425 Jones Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68102, Attn: Matt Wegener.

The Project consists of improvements required to construct a new, approximately 23,591 square foot Ford auto dealership in Plattsmouth, Nebraska for the Woodhouse Auto Family. The proposed building is a one-story steel frame and load-bearing masonry structure, and 2 pre-engineered metal building structures. The facility consists of a showroom, administrative offices, a service reception bay, a wash bay, a service department and a parts receiving, distribution and storage department (note: the project includes an optional photo bay alternate to be included in the project at the discretion of the Owner - this photo bay is 1,188 sf, and if added, would bring the building total to approximately 25, 139 gross square feet).

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
