Renovation of the existing high school metals welding lab per Morrissey Engineering Documents for the Fremont
Public Schools, High School Welding Lab Renovation dated April 22, 2014.
The work under this specification shall include all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to provide the
Temperature Control work shown on the plans and attached technical specifications. In addition to a professionally
complete installation, all necessary touchup and removal of debris is to be considered within the scope of the work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Morrissey Engineering, Inc. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 14 calendar days of Bid Opening.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within 14 calendar days, deposit will be forfeited.
