Bids signed and under seal, executed, dated, and submitted for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the renovation of the Sandhills State Bank in North Platte will be received until 2:00 p.m. on May 8, 2014 at the office of Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska.

The Project consists of the renovating of approximately 5,000 sf of an existing 8,000 sf single story commercial building with minor site related work. A) The renovation includes the demolition of the majority of the existing west façade and will include new windows and roof modifications. Some work to the south façade will be necessary to incorporate a teller drive up window and other modifications. New construction includes brick, cast stone and EIFS as well as painting the existing brick wainscot. B) The interior remodel affects the existing single occupancy restrooms, existing office spaces and the back areas of light industrial usage to accommodate the banking needs. Interior renovation will include demolition of existing wood framed wall partitions, doors and frames, the removal of the ceilings, and floor finishes. New construction includes wood and steel structure, masonry, concrete, wood and hollow metal doors, clad wood windows, wood stud framing and wood casework. Finishes include carpet, ceramic tile, wood trim, wood wainscoting, and paint. Remodel will include wood panel doors and frames, vision windows to offices, as well as Teller area, Break Room and Conference room cabinetry. Mechanical work includes new ductwork, diffusers and controls. Plumbing includes new floor slab waste piping and supply piping and fixtures. Electrical includes new lighting, data, and reworking circuits and receptacles. C) The Project has the removal of exterior sidewalk on south side of existing building and replacement with concrete curb and drive.

CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Electronic Downloads are NOT available for this project.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects within 15 calendar days of the bid determination, or deposit check will be forfeited.
