Sealed bids for the Iowa Western Community College Clarinda Campus Roof Replacement and HVAC Upgrade, Clarinda, Iowa, will be received at the Administrative Office, Ashley Hall, Iowa Western Community College, 2700 College Road, Council Bluffs, IA 51503; (712) 325-3235, until 2:00 p.m. on May 8, 2014 and will be opened publicly in Conference Room C161 located in Clark Hall.

The project calls for the replacement of EPDM Roofs at Recreation Building, Opitz Hall, and Rowland Hall, including tapered insulation, etc. New rooftop units will be provided at Recreation Building, Opitz Hall and Rowland Hall. the existing furnace will be replaced at the existing Library. Some minimal ductwork revisions will be required. Some Fire Alarm work and Electrical to serve the new units will be required.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Iowa Western Community College. *A Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
