All Bidders are encouraged to visit the site which is located at Northwest Hills United Church of Christ,
9334 Fort Street, Omaha, Nebraska. The Church has asked that Bidders contact Stephanie Henkel at
(402) 572-8392 prior to arrival so that they are aware of your presence on site. Bidders are required to
bring their own ladders to access the roof as there is no other access to the roof. The existing south
exterior elevation can easily be accessed with a standard 12 foot long extension ladder that extends
to 20 feet. A small step ladder that is 4 feet - 6 feet can be used where there is a change in height
between the roofs.

Northwest Hills United Church of Christ, 9334 Fort Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68134, will receive
separate bids for the re-roofing of the Northwest Hills United Church of Christ, Re - Roofing Project,
9334 Fort Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68134 in accordance with the drawings and specifications
prepared by Nielsen, Mayne Architecture, Inc., 1010 South 120th Street, Suite 205, Omaha, Nebraska
68154 - 4211.
The project includes the re-roofing of a 10,750 square feet existing roof for Northwest Hills United
Church of Christ located at 9334 Fort Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68134.
Work of the project includes removing approximately 10,750 square feet of existing river rock
ballast and the existing loose laid EPDM rubber roofing and installation of a new roofing
system. The new roofing system shall be a 1/4 inch thick primed Dens Deck cover board
installed over the existing roof insulation and a new 60 Mil fully adhered rubber EPDM roofing
membrane. Existing vertical walls that intersect the roof have EIFS and rigid insulation that will
require modifications and other miscellaneous and related work as required by the Contract
Documents.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
