Metropolitan Community College Fort Omaha Campus Building 10 is served by three gas fired boilers. The project includes but is not limited to the following major elements: Removal of three gas fired boilers and associated boiler pumps, Removal of select hydronic piping, Installation of two new high efficiency boilers and boiler pumps, Installation of new hydronic piping to accommodate new boilers, Electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment, Temperature control modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $30.00 payable to Morrissey Engineering. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial sets will be allowed.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within 10 calendar days, deposit will be forfeited.
