Bid Info:   Green Hills AEA will accept bids from qualified Contractors until 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of April, 2014 at Green Hills AEA, Halverson Center for Education, 24997 Highway 92, Council Bluffs, IA 51503.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
The project encompasses removal of the 24-yr old existing ballasted EPDM roof on the lower roofs covering the north and south wings, and installation of a new TPO roof in its place. Existing insulation and fiberboard are to remain in place.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Green Hills AEA. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
*One reminder phone call will be placed.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
