Project Description:
Project consists of the replacement of windows and selected exterior doors
/ entrances in the 1922, 1931 and 1962 portions of the
school. The work will include metal stud and drywall work necessary
for the construction of “window pocket” bulkheads to expose the
upper portion of the windows which had been covered by lowered ceilings.
Also included in the scope of the work are modifications to the entrance vestibule of the 2000
addition on the north side of the school.
(The windows in the 2000 Addition are not included in the scope of the work.)
That entrance is being modified to provide additional access control
into the building. There is also mechanical and electrical work
required for the modifications at
entrances and the bulkhead work.
