PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 8, 2014 in the cafeteria at the North Bend Elementary School at 420 East 11th Street, North Bend, Nebraska. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the North Bend Central Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed completion of a new storage room addition at the existing North Bend Elementary building located at 420 East 11th Street, North Bend, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 17, 2014 in the North Bend Central Public Schools Office at 1320 Walnut Street, North Bend, Nebraska 68649. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:

1. This project consists of a new single room, single story slab on grade storage addition to the existing elementary school facility. The new addition is on the north end of the building and will be bordered on the west and south sides by existing construction. All construction is considered as an E Occupancy with accessory Storage occupancies. New construction will be Type IIB.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

Bidders may also obtain a CD with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A non-refundable fee of $25 per CD and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (supplied by the Architect)is required to process digital document requests.

CD's are NOT available through A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Electronic Downloads are NOT available for this project.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee determined by Carlson West Povondra Architects will be required.

Bid Documents are available Purchase Only.
Do NOT return Bid Documents as no deposit refund will be issued.
