This work consists of a 4,400 sf interior apartment renovation. This project includes: Light gage steel stud framing, drywall, Gyp-Crete, mechanical and electrical systems including plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, lighting, power and a Firestone Roof Warranty. This project also includes Architectural Millwork, Bamboo Flooring, Ceramic Tile, Carpet, Granite Countertops and a Clearstory Glass "Light Court" in the middle of the apartment that is open to an outside deck area on the same level as the apartment, with a spiral staircase in the "light court" that leads to an additional sun deck on the roof of the building.
