Bid Info:   Owner will receive sealed quotations until 11:00 a.m., local time on 2 April 2014. Bids will be received at Shenandoah City Hall, 500 West Clarinda Avenue, Shenandoah, Iowa 51601. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Shenandoah, Iowa

Public Notes:
Project consists of preservation and renovations of an existing historic railroad depot structure. Work includes removal and replacement of roof & associated components, repairs (rough and finish carpentry) at exterior walls - covered under a bidding allowance, and repairs at existing historic wood windows - covered under a bidding allowance.

A refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to the City of Shenandoah is required to obtain bidding documents.

.If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).

Interested bidders should contact A & D Technical Supply Company Inc. to request plans be printed and available for pickup.


Plans must be returned to A & D Technical Supply Company Inc. within 14 calendar days from the bid date in reusable condition to obtain a refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. NOTE: Builders Cards will be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
