Public Notes:
BD Construction Inc. of Kearney, Nebraska
has been pre-selected as the Construction Manager.

Scope of Work: The project consists of the construction of a 21,874 sq. ft. first floor addition
and a 9,700 sq.ft second floor, and 12,000 sq. ft. of existing building
to be sprinklered.
Existing building square footage total is approximately 63,000 which will require a sprinkler system.
The new addition will house a new Gymnasium, Locker Rooms, Weight Room,
Classrooms, Kitchen Addition, New Commons Area, Restrooms and Storage.
Remodel Work to be completed in the existing School building
which will consist of a new fire sprinkler system,
remodel of the library and hallway, along with
some improvements to the front office area
