Public Notes:
The Work consists of five (5) projects:

1. Main Building - Testing Services:
a. This project consists of renovating an existing Testing Services space inside the Grand Island CCC campus building. Demolition will include, but does not limit, stud walls, doors and frames, exterior wall to accommodate new windows, ceilings and flooring. New construction will include stud walls, gypsum board, carpet tile, wood doors and hollow metal frames, hollow metal windows and acoustical ceilings. The fire sprinkler portion of the project will include re-arranging the fire sprinklers to accommodate the new construction. The mechanical portion of the project will include, but does not limit, re-arranging diffusers and grilles to accommodate new rooms. No new systems will be added to the project. The electrical portion of the project will consist of moving electrical boxes in current walls along with adding electrical to new walls. Adding some lighting to the new rooms along with motion activated lighting.

2. Main Building - Production Room:
a. The project consists of renovating the existing Production Room inside the Grand Island CCC campus building. Demolition will include, but does not limit, wall covering, casework, carpet and ceiling. New construction will include patching drywall, carpet tile and a wood door and frame with sidelite. There will be no fire sprinkler or mechanical renovations in this portion of the product. The electrical portion of the project will include, but does not limit, moving electrical boxes in current walls and adding new lighting.

3. C.I.T. Building - Instructional Lab:
a. The project consists of renovating (2) existing labs (Drafting and Instructional) and adding a storage room and office to an existing space within the CIT Building on the Grand Island Central Community College Campus. Demolition will include, but does not limit, stud walls, exterior hollow metal door and frame, interior hollow metal doors and frames, patching and re-locating ceiling to accommodate demolition work along with bracing of existing grid and ceiling, and flooring. New construction includes carpet tile, gypsum board, steel framing, marker boards, wood doors and hollow metal frames, hollow metal door and frame, architectural wood casework, high density storage and hollow metal windows. Some fire sprinkler work will be involved to accommodate new rooms. The mechanical portion of the project will include, but does not limit, re-arranging diffusers and grilles to accommodate new rooms. No new systems will be added to the project. The electrical portion of the project will consist of moving electrical boxes in current walls along with adding electrical to new walls. Adding some lighting to the new rooms along with motion activated lighting.

4. College Park:
a. The project consists of renovating (3) classrooms and (2) offices in the College Park building located nearby the Grand Island Central Community College Campus in Grand Island. Demolition will include but does not limit drywall off of existing studs, current resilient flooring, casework, lavatories, and other miscellaneous items. New construction includes carpet tile, gypsum board, marker boards, wood door with hollow metal frame, steel studs. College Park is not owned by CCC so this project will not change anything structurally and disrupt the existing ceilings, lighting, and mechanical systems as least as possible. There will be no fire sprinkler or mechanical renovations in this portion of the product. The electrical portion of the project will include, but does not limit, moving electrical boxes in current walls along with adding some electrical boxes along with re-arranging some lighting to accommodate new spaces.

5. CIT- Drafting Lab:
a. This project consists of removing existing carpet and putting in new carpet tile. This project will not include any MEP renovations.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 15 calendar days of the Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
