A pre-bid conference will be held for potential Bidders on March 19, 2014 at 3:00 PM CDT. Bidders will meet in the lobby of the Montclair Elementary School, 2405 South 138th Street, Omaha, Nebraska at that time and date. All Bidders are encouraged to be present.
Bidders shall carefully examine the Bidding Documents and the project site and existing building to obtain firsthand knowledge of existing conditions. Contractors will not be given extra payments for conditions which can be determined by examining the project site, existing building and Bidding Documents. Submission of a bid will be construed that the Bidder is in compliance with this instruction. The project's site and building may be examined by all attendees after the Pre-bid Conference noted in paragraph 1.05.B. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the Project's site and interior of the building.

Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids at the Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68137 for the construction project generally described as the Montclair Elementary School Renovations until 2:00 PM (CDT) on April 1, 2014, at which time, or as soon as is practical thereafter, all Bids received will be opened in public at the DSAC.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be allowed.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
