Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of the Middle School Office - Interior Renovation project located at 3820 Harry Langdon Blvd. before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 18th day of March, 2014.

Bids shall be received at Lewis Central Community Schools located at 4121 Harry Langdon Blvd, Council Bluffs, Iowa, 51503.

Public Notes:
Project Description: Interior renovation of 2,200 SF of existing office area at Lewis Central Middle School. Project includes new metal stud walls, drywall, a counter shutter window, HM doors and frames, aluminum frames, pre-finished wood doors and hardware, ACT, finish paint, PLAM countertops and associated mechanical, electrical and fire systems work. Floor finishes are BY OTHERS. All on-site work by the Contractor is to be completed between June 9 - July 16, 2014.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to BVH Architects. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
