The Board of Education for Millard Public Schools, School District No. 17, Douglas County, Nebraska, will receive sealed bids for the Exit Device Replacement Contract which includes work at Cather, Cody, Holling Heights, Morton, Reagan, Reeder, Rohwer, Sandoz and Wheeler Elementary Schools, Andersen, Beadle, Central, Kiewit, North and Russell Middle Schools, and Horizon, North, South and West High Schools, Omaha, Nebraska. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. local time, Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at Millard Public Schools, Donald Stroh Administration Center, Room C, located at 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The project includes labor and equipment required for replacement of existing door exit devices at certain door locations at each of the buildings. New door and hardware material will be provided to the successful contractor by the Owner under a separate contract.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be allowed.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
