Bid Info:   Bids will be received from Contractors for the Remodeling & Renovation of Cedar Catholic High School, 401 South Broadway, Box 15, Hartington, NE 68739, in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Mannes Architects, LLC, 800 Douglas Avenue, Yankton, South Dakota 57078.

Sub-bids shall be received by the Construction Manager at their office until 2:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 on behalf of Cedar Catholic High School. The Construction Manager (CM) for the project is RaDec Construction Co., Inc., PO Box 667, Hartington, NE 68739 (402)254-3345 Fax (402)254-2245. All work shall be coordinated by the CM. Bids received after the given time will not be accepted.

Project Location: Hartington, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project primarily consists of the replacement of the heating system, the addition of central air conditioning, and the requisite electrical service upgrade. New electrical 2x4 lay-in fluorescent lights shall be provided throughout. General construction includes 30,000 SF of new lay-in acoustical ceiling, painting of the entire interior, miscellaneous patching and repairs, and construction of a new 24'x24' unfinished room to accommodate the new air-handling units.

All shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the Architect.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to the office of Mannes Architects.
