Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for the Forest Lawn Mortuary project will be received at the office of Bruce Frasier Architects, 1005 S. 76th Street, Omaha, NE 68114 (402)397-7331 until 2:00 P.M. on the 18th day of March, 2014. Sealed proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at the time and place stated above. All Bidders are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
This is a Private Bid between the following 4 General Contractors:

Calabretto Building Group

Lueder Construction Company

Vrana Construction and

Craig Tuttle Construction.

No other General Contractors will be allowed to bid.

There is a limit of 2 sets per General Contractor on this project.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 (per set) payable to Bruce Frasier Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within specified time, deposit will be forfeited.
