This building consists of 8,000 square feet of commercial space on the main floor, and 125 apartment units totaling 127,000 square feet. The structure is supported with helical and geopier foundation systems, and is constructed of structural steel, elevated concrete deck with wood framing above on the eastern portion. The western portion is slab on grade with wood framing.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to Brester Construction. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within specified time, deposit will be forfeited.
