All work shall be furnished in strict accordance with Bid Documents prepared by Alvine & Associates, 1102 Douglas St., Omaha NE, 68102, and bids will be received only upon the printed Proposal Forms furnished by the Architect/Engineer.

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com. upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).

before sending them in the mail.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
