The Board of Education of Papillion-La Vista Public Schools, County of Sarpy, State of Nebraska, will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the La Vista Junior High School Renovation/Addition located at 7900 Edgewood Boulevard in La Vista, Nebraska. The Project consists of the construction of approximately 7,000 square feet of building additions, various renovations of existing building areas and miscellaneous site work improvements.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to BCDM Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned within 10 calendar days of the Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
