Bid Info:   Cornerstone Commercial Contractors, Inc. will accept bids from qualified Contractors for renovation of the existing building located at 300 N. 16th Street, Clarinda, Iowa until 2:00 PM CST, Tuesday March 4, 2014 at the office of Cornerstone Commercial Contractors Inc. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Project Location: Clarinda, Iowa

Public Notes:
The building has a masonry exterior with a wood floor and roof structure on 2 levels, each approximately 2,700 SF. The renovation will include adding an elevator, new finishes, all new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. In addition, there will be a new concrete ramp creating an accessible entry to the lower level. The existing space will be utilized for the art gallery, new bathrooms, new warming kitchen, storage, office, and conference room functions.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Clarinda Carnegie Library, LLC. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
*One reminder phone call will be placed.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
