The Crete Board of Education will receive Bids for the Pre-Grading Contract for a New High School, to be
located at 17th Street and Iris Avenue, Crete, Nebraska, 68333. The Project consists of site pre-grading work including site clearing, tree removal, general grading, storm sewer work, and partial permanent seeding for a new high school.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to DLR Group, Inc. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check. CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
