Prime Contractor is RaDec Construction, PO Box 667, Hartington, NE 68739. All work shall be coordinated by the Prime Contractor. Bids received after the given time will not be accepted.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: On the exterior, the project includes site preparation for concrete paving, storm sewerage, aluminum door and window replacement, EIFS wall and fascia cladding, construction of a 3' x 7' drive-thru banking addition, EPDM roofing for the approximate 5,000 sf one-story building, and metal roof edging. Interior construction includes restroom remodeling, acoustical ceilings, carpeting, painting, teller cabinetry, doors and hardware, plumbing, and HVAC upgrades.
