PreBid Info:   A pre-bid conference will be held for potential bidders on March 5, 2014 at 3:00 PM CST. Bidders will meet in the lobby of the Harvey Oaks Elementary School, 15228 Shirley Street, Omaha, Nebraska at that time and date. All Bidders are encouraged to be present.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids at the Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68137 for the construction project generally described as the Harvey Oaks Elementary School Renovations until 11:00 AM CDT on March 12, 2014, at which time, or as soon as is practical thereafter, all Bids received will be opened in public at the DSAC.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work generally includes General construction (including minor interior demolition, doors/frames/hardware, metal stud/gypsum board walls, acoustical tile ceilings, resilient base, carpeting and painting), Fire Suppression Sprinkler, Mechanical and Electrical construction.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be allowed.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
