Project Location: 2222 N. Lincoln Ave, York, NE

Public Notes:
The project consists of a single story, slab on grade addition
that abuts the existing facility and an addition to the existing Specialty Clinic
to form a second floor.
A small portion of the addition will have a mechanical mezzanine.
The addition will also consist of a basement mechanical space for the in ground therapy pool.
The structure will be steel framed with brick exterior and glass curtain wall.
Minor grading is expected to reach subgrade level.
The project also includes a reconfiguration of the existing parking lot,
relocation of existing main sewer line and
renovation and extension of Surgery space.
