Work includes a new 9,150 s.f. building consisting of offices, heated vehicle storage bays,
a wash bay, and a partial second story storage area.
The building shall be constructed of precast concrete wall panels,
steel truss roof structure and steel stud interior wall framing.
The project also includes a new Salt Storage Building.
Site work includes new parking, walks and site grading,
new fueling station and perimeter fencing.
Mechanical and Electrical work includes general HVAC to heat and cool the building,
plumbing, power and lighting.
