PreBid Info:   A Prebid Conference will be held for potential Bidders on March 04, 2014 at 4:15 PM CST. Bidders will meet in the lobby of the Ackerman Elementary School, 5110 S. 156th Street, Omaha, Nebraska at that time and date. All Bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the Project's site and interior of the building.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids at the Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), 5606 S. 147th Street, Omaha, NE for the construction project generally described as the Ackerman Elementary School Interior Renovation until 2:00 pm (CDT) on March 19, 2014 at which time, or as soon as is practical thereafter, all such bids received will be opened in public at DSAC.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work generally includes General construction including minor interior demolition, interior metal stud and gypsum board walls, doors/frames/hardware, acoustical tile ceilings, resilient base, carpeting and painting associated with Mechanical and Electrical Work within the existing facility. The project will be awarded as a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
