Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids at the Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), 5606 S. 147th Street, Omaha, NE for the construction project generally described as the Ackerman Elementary School Interior Renovation until 2:00 pm (CDT) on March 19, 2014 at which time, or as soon as is practical thereafter, all such bids received will be opened in public at DSAC.

The Work generally includes General construction including minor interior demolition, interior metal stud and gypsum board walls, doors/frames/hardware, acoustical tile ceilings, resilient base, carpeting and painting associated with Mechanical and Electrical Work within the existing facility. The project will be awarded as a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work.
