Project includes the demolition of an existing 600 SF
office building attached to an existing Vehicular Maintenance shop and replacing
with a new 2,300 SF building consisting of (2) Offices, Break Room, Training Room,
Restrooms, and Parts Storage. The exterior walls will be constructed out of split face CMU,
the roof structure consists of pre-engineered wood trusses with an EPDM roof Membrane.
The interior walls will be constructed out of 2x4 wood stud framing.
All new mechanical and electrical work for the new building addition.
